Bucovinean Romanian, graduate of the Law Faculty in Cernăuţi, continues his studies in Vienna, lawyer, magistrate, member of the Romanian National Party from 1909, leader of the fight for the rights of the Romanians, elected in 1911 in the Bucovina Diet; was vice-president of the Romanian Peasant Party of Aurel Onciul. Elected in 1918 in the Romanian National Council, participates in the General Congress of Bucovina. After Union, he was elected deputy to the Parliament of Romania.
