Bucovinean Romanian, representative of the locality of Storojineţ, elected in the Romanian National Council at the meeting of 25 November 1918, when another 51 members were elected, reaching at one hundred, delegated to the meeting of the General Council of Bucovina who has voted the Union of Bucovina with the Kingdom Romanian.
