Bucovinean Romanian, Theologian Doctor, priest, professor at the Faculty of Theology of Cernăuţi, was elected member of the Romanian National Council at the National Assembly on 27 October 1918, elected to the Council of 50 members, then delegate at the General Assembly of Bucovina from November 1918, which has voted for the Union with Romania.
