Transylvanian politician, a lawyer at Arad, went to the Haga Conference in 1894 to defend the cause of Romanianism, a defender of Romanian accusations in the process of memorandums, a deputy in Budapest, a fighter for the freedom of the Romanian people, a member of the Central Romanian National Council and a leader of the CNRC, his home in Arad was the headquarters of the Council, he opened with his speech the Great National Assembly of Alba Iulia, member of the Grand National Council and the Minister of Public Order and War in the Conducting Council, Minister without Portfolio in the Government of Romania.
