Romanian lawyer from Chişinău-Criş, leader of Romanians in the locality, was involved in 1918 in the organization of the Romanian National Council, vice-president of CNR, invested with mandate with Dr. Romul Velicu, Sever Miclea and Iustin Petruţiu to represent the Romanians in the circle Batania, Cenad county (now Battyonya, Hungary), senator in the Great Romania Parliament.
